Community Yard Sale
Each year the Association advertises the sale in the Mountain Trader and Daily Interlake and signs are posted in the neighborhood the evening before.

Dogs At Large
We continue to get calls about dogs who are allowed to roam the neighborhood. We ask all owners of pets to confine your pets to a leash when allowed outdoors. Please be responsible and clean up after your pet.
Owners are encouraged to also report animal problems or violations to the City of Kalispell Police Department at 758-7780.
Parking on Streets/Sidewalks
Please do not park your vehicles in the street or on the sidewalk (especially in the winter when it is difficult for the City to snowplow the streets)
All vehicles must be parked in the owners garage or driveway.
Please be considerate of your neighbors and park your vehicles (or guests) in your own driveway.
Non-compliant owners will be fined, in addition to having their vehicles towed out at their own expense.
Mowing & Weed Control
The CCRs provide that each owner is required to keep their lawns mowed and weeded.
To avoid any compliance fines, please make sure you maintain your lawn, as well as the outside building structure timely.
Management Company
Your management company is HOA Managers, LLC who specialize in the management of homeowners associations and works at the direction of the Board. They are committed to providing homeowners with prompt, courteous service by making the homeowners' concerns a priority.
